不良【bù liáng】

end up with nothing conclusive (definite); settle sth. by leaving it unsettled

 谈好的合同由于对方资金不到位，也就这样不了了之。 The agreed contract miscarried because our partner failed to provide the fund.
不料【bú liào】
to one's surprise; unexpectedly
[副] 表示意思转折，出乎意料
 这一家人本可以按时到达，不料遇上了车胎漏气。 The family would have arrived on time, but unexpectedly there was a flat tire.

不露声色【bú lù shēng sè】
not show one's feelings, intentions, etc.
[成] 心里的打算不在说话和脸色上显露出来
 别看这个人不露声色，却可能是我们最厉害的对手。 In spite of his outward show, this man might be our most dangerous opponent.
不伦不类【bù lún bù lèi】
neither fish nor fowl; nondescript
[成] 既非这一类，又非那一类，形容不成样子或没有道理
 今天，他的穿衣风格不伦不类。 Today he is neither fish nor fowl in such clothes.
不论【bú lùn】
regardless of; no matter; irrespective of
[连] 表示条件或情况不同而结果不变
 不论花费多少，这件事一定要做。 It must be done, irrespective of the cost.

不满【bù mǎn】
1. resent; dissatisfy 2. resentful; discontented; unsatisfactory

 几个女员工不满经理的刁难，决定向法院起诉。 Some female employees decided to sue the manager who always made things difficult for them.
 总统在一片不满声中上任了。 The President rode into office on a tide of discontent.
不免【bù miǎn】
cannot help but; cannot avoid; inevitably
[副] 表示由于前面所说的原因而不能避免某种消极的结果
她小小年纪便获得了几项大奖，让谁都不免有些敬佩。 We cannot help but admire the girl who has won several awards.
不平【bù píng】
1. indignant; resentful 2. grievance; injustice
[形] 1、因不公平的事愤怒或不满 [名] 2、不公平的人或事
 这件事情处理得相当不公，大家心中十分不平。 The matter was unjustly handled and everyone felt indignant about that.
 路见不平，拔刀相助。 See injustice on the road and draw one's sword to help the victim.
